After spending nearly 30 years in the Semi-conductor business Eugene wasn’t interested in staying in the “Rat Race” With a Passion for mentoring and teaching; Eugene and Jennifer wanted to find a business that would not only make a profit but a difference in the community as well. Eugene was lost in the sea of different Franchise concepts and looked to Merri Cronk, FranNet of Central Texas, and her expertise to assist in choosing the right fit. Merri uncovered a number of characteristics they wanted to find:

- Personal Impact – They wanted a business that would make a difference. They weren’t interested in it all being about the making money.
- Re-Active Sales – Not being sales or marketing people, they wanted a business that put them in front of potential consumers without any pressure sales tactics.
Raising 4 children; they understood as Parents the challenge faced when both parents work and the kids need help with their school work/education.
